Cima Solutions Group Announces CimaCare Offering

  

Dallas, Texas – February 5, 2010: Cima Solutions Group today announced it has formally launched a new client care offering called CimaCare.

 

CimaCare is a proactive managed service offering designed to provide ongoing infrastructure support to clients. The CimaCare Plan is designed to provide additional support and skills transfer to clients beyond normal implementation and support offerings.  The service provides for on site and off site assistance to technical personnel and managers.  
CimaCare is intended to:
 

  • provide deep support skills in specific platform and solution areas
  • augment existing in house skills with subject matter experts in a particular focus area
  • avoid outages through proactive planning and management of the environment
  • deliver value through mentoring, skills transfer, greater availability, and improved change management

CimaCare is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of each client from both a platform and support standpoint.  CimaCare is intended to provide consistent resources for the client’s staff to use in both their daily and long-term administration activities.  The design of the program is to provide several days of on site support during a given quarter.  Remote support compliments the on site time and provides for question and answer, upgrade and change management planning, and reactive troubleshooting.

After incubating the program during the second half of 2009, CimaCare has attracted multiple clients, leading to today's official launch.
