John Alday, President/CEO

BA Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin

Mr. Alday's professional experience includes twelve years at IBM Corporation performing various sales and sales management duties including Business Unit Executive in IBM's MidMarket sales organization. Mr. Alday served as a Regional Vice President of Sales for Onyx Software, an enterprise CRM software company and General Manager for an IBM Business Partner firm.

Todd R. Brown - VP of New Business - Sales and Marketing
Bachelors Degree in Sociology - Michigan State University
 
Mr. Brown's professional experience includes 16 years with IBM.  Brown served as Client Rep, Territory Manager, Inside Sales Business Unit Executive, and the Global Strategy Leader for ibm.com.   Key focus was on developing IBM sellers and managers in order to grow revenue in the new business/General Business segment. Ultimately, developing coverage model and best practices sales strategies for ibm.com worldwide.   At Cima Solutions Group, Brown is responsible to running the New Business sales team which is aimed at effectively marketing and selling to new Clients in order to demonstrate and deliver financial value, thus growing share for Cima.

Clint Goodin, State of Texas General Manager

Mr. Goodin's professional experience includes 30 years with IBM where he served as State of Texas Business Unit Executive and Client Executive for University of Texas and Texas A&M University.

Mr. Goodin is responsible for overseeing our State and Local Government Practice.

Ken Scott, Director Storage Sales

BBA Degree in Management Science and Computers, Southern Methodist University

Mr. Scott's professional experience includes twenty three years at IBM Corporation as a sales professional, including territory management and product specialization duties.  As a Certified Storage Sales Specialist, Mr. Scott supported IBM's customers locally and nationally with respect to their storage infrastructure and optimization needs.  At Cima Solutions Group, Mr. Scott is responsible for our management of our storage practice, including the extended partnerships necessary to deliver a comprehensive solution portfolio to our clients and prospects.

Mark Venator, VP of Consulting Services

BS, Computer Science - University of North Texas

Mr. Venator has been with an IBM Premier Partner serving as a Senior Consultant for over 8 years.  Previous to that, Mr. Venator was employed with IBM as a Benchmark Technician and AIX Technical Specialist.

Mr. Venator has received technical certifications in AIX, Open Systems Storage, VMware, and HACMP.  He is also an IBM Certified Deployment Professional in Tivoli Storage Manager.

John D. Wilson, VP-Sales

BBA Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin

MBA Degree from SMU’s Cox School of Business

Mr. Wilson's professional experience includes sixteen years at IBM Corporation performing various sales and sales management duties including Business Unit Executive in IBM’s MidMarket Global Services sales organization. Mr. Wilson also served as a Sales and Account Manager for Microsoft where he focused on large MidMarket and Enterprise Class customers.
