The New Skills Is Live and Available For All Alexa Devices Now

The “My Tech Support” Alexa Skill is designed as a new and innovative way for Cima customers to connect directly with the company on any device in their environments. They can now use all Alexa devices to directly interact with the Cima app, allowing them to submit new support tickets and check the status of existing ones, get access to daily tips on how to get the most out of their managed IT services and much more.
“My Tech Support” can also be used to provide a list of all Cima-related events for customers in the local Dallas, Austin and Little Rock areas. Though the skill itself is now live, Cima representatives have indicated that this is merely a first step towards something much more important and that they will continue to make improvements and add new functionality moving forward – all in an effort to help make it as useful of a tool for customers as it can possibly be.
